Public consultation is an integral component of this study. It is necessary to engage stakeholders to identify the key issues to the community so that they can be addressed accordingly. The opportunity for stakeholder input will be provided throughout the course of this study.

Public Information Centres

Public Information Centres (PICs) will be held during this study to provide the public with the opportunity to discuss the project and provide input to the project team.

Each PIC will focus on the design details of the recommended plan within each of the main grading contracts, including information on construction staging issues, potential environmental impacts, mitigation measures and landscaping concepts.

We encourage you to attend these PICs to become informed about this study and provide your views and perspectives on the information presented.
